We want you to be 100% satisfied with your IKKOS purchase. Here is our policy on how we can work with you on returns and exchanges.

Returns

Our returns and exchange policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are exempt from being returned. These items include gift certificates, downloadable software products and audiovisual content. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your return back to IKKOS (address below) – not to the manufacturer. If the item(s) are returned to the manufacturer, a refund will not be processed. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned beyond 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your return has been reviewed. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within three (3) business days of when the returned item is received and approved for refund. A credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to several additional days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have received confirmation from us of your refund and have not received a refund yet, please check your credit card or bank account first. If you are still not seeing the refund processed, contact your credit card company directly. Even though we processed the refund, it may take some time before it is officially posted by the credit card processor. If you are still not seeing the refund, contact your bank directly. Refunds can take time to process before a refund is completely posted. If you’ve contacted your credit card company and bank directly and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@ikkos.com. We will do our best to help you resolve it.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at service@ikkos.com and mail your item to: IKKOS Attn: Katarina Milly 272 Alta Mar Drive Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 For exchanges, we will ship your exchanged item immediately after the exchange is approved and processed. Please note that the time for you to receive the exchanged product may vary, depending on the mailing address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a merchandise credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail your merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself/herself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be responsible for passing the refund along to you at his/her discretion.

Free Return Shipping

We pay shipping for your return. For this benefit, you must first email us at service@ikkos.com to receive a postage-paid return shipping label.
